For New Clients
Please give us a call at 425.672.0414 and leave your name and times when you will be available to discuss setting up your initial appointment.
Your call will be returned within 24 hours during the business week Monday-Friday 10:00 am until 7:00 pm. If you call on Friday or the weekend, your call will be returned the next business day.
During the initial call, we will discuss any questions you have about counseling and the services we provide. You will be asked to provide a brief description of what brings you to counseling so that we are aware of your needs.
After your initial phone call, you will receive an email to provide you with instructions in accessing your initial paperwork. You will download and complete some basic paperwork as well as fill out more detail on the on-line questionnaire. This information helps us be ready to start working with you at your initial appointment.
Please bring your forms and insurance card to your initial appointment. We will be happy to answer any questions you may have about the paperwork or counseling process.
